**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Development Test Cells Manager to lead our Development Test Cells Workshop. This role will oversee the management and coaching of our team of technicians at all seniority levels and participate in senior meetings related to Triumph Motorcycles projects.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Establish and maintain a comprehensive workflow process to ensure new model engine tests are delivered on time for all current and future motorcycle projects.
  • Manage and coach a team of technicians at all seniority levels to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Participate in senior meetings to discuss project progress and provide input on test cell operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of test cell operations with other departments.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity in the test cell.

**Requirements**

  • A formal qualification in management is required.
  • A qualification in an engineering-related field is desirable.
  • Previous experience working in a powertrain/manufacturing environment at a management level.
  • Experience conducting appraisals, managing a team, 1-to-1's, and recruitment for the workshop.
