The NIHR Patient Recruitment Centre (PRC) Exeter, based at the Royal Devon University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust's Wonford site, is offering an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and passionate Assistant Practitioner to join our Research Delivery team. If you enjoy being part of a dynamic research environment, this role is for you.

As an Assistant Practitioner at the PRC, you will be involved in caring for patients enrolled in late-phase commercial clinical trials. Working under the direction of trial-registered Nurses, you will support patient care across a range of specialties within a broad research portfolio. Your role will be integral to supporting commercial research activities.

The post holder will work with the PRC team to provide technical, practical and clinical assistance for research projects, providing core support within this Multidisciplinary setting. They will support PRC research activity and deliver recruitment accrual in line with performance and monitoring objectives.

The post holder will be responsible for the implementation and monitoring of the clinical requirements associated with research to ensure optimum delivery of clinical trials. They will ensure that all research procedures are conducted according to study protocols and will be responsible for the recruitment, data collection and care of research participants with a focus on providing a quality experience.

Working Pattern: hours per week.Monday to Friday, 8: - :. Occasional weekends/evenings.
