**The post**
- The post will include:

- Determining sequencies of human beta-cell-reactive T cell receptors (using single cell RNAsequencing).
- Expressing and characterising identified human beta-cell-reactive T cell receptors (using lentiviral electroporation methods, and cell-based assays).

**About you**
- Applicants for the Postdoctoral Research Associate role will possess a relevant PhD (or nearing completion) or possess an equivalent qualification/experience in a related field of study and be able to demonstrate sufficient knowledge in the discipline and of research methods and techniques to work within established research programmes. Applicants will be able to culture human cell lines, generate lentiviral products and employ standard immunological assay (including flow cytometry); and have a good understanding of immunology and/or beta cell disorders.
- Applicants for the Graduate Research Assistant role will be educated to first degree level or possess an equivalent qualification/experience in a related field of study and be able to demonstrate sufficient knowledge in the discipline and of research methods and techniques to work within established research programmes. Applicants will be able to culture human cell lines, generate lentiviral products and employ standard immunological assay (including flow cytometry); and have a good understanding of immunology and/or beta cell disorders.
