Kingdom services group is currently looking for an experienced Customer Service Operator holding a current SIA License to provide permanent security cleaning & maintenance duties to the Woolshops Shopping centre.
Hours: You will be required to work 36 hours per week, shifts as per site rota. Tuesday to Saturday 10:00am - 16:00pm.
Pay Rate: £12.45 per hour.
You need to be physically fit as there is a lot of walking involved within the position.

Your duties will include:
- Excellent Customer Service skills.
- Maintenance duties.
- CCTV control room duties.
- Cleaning will be involved internal & external.
- High vigilance to ensure a safe / secure working environment.
- Liaising with Centre Management.
- Meeting and greeting staff and clients.
- Customer service front reception cover.
- Access egress with carpark & full knowledge of carparking systems.
- Have an understanding of health & safety.
- Patrolling internal and external areas.
- Have good report writing skills.
- Full uniform is provided (head to toe).
- Must be punctual and have the ability to think on your feet.
- Due to the nature of the centre working in outdoor environments will be required.
You must have the following:
- Appropriate & current SIA License - Door Supervision or Security Guarding (frontline) is required.
- First aid qualification - required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong observational skills.
- Good understanding of Security requirements / functions.
- Full 5 year checkable history.
- Experience dealing with emergency situation.
- CCTV - preferred.
