Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Services Administrator to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. This role will involve working closely with our financial advisors and clients to ensure the smooth operation of our financial services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to financial advisors, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing client documents
- Assist with client onboarding and account opening processes
- Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and documents for account maintenance and transactions
- Monitor and update client accounts and transactions in our systems
- Prepare and distribute reports and statements to clients
- Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate and organized client records
- Assist with marketing efforts, including coordinating events and managing social media accounts
- Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and compliance requirements
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and procedures
- Other administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a financial services or administrative role
- Strong understanding of financial products and services
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance is a plus
