Kerridge Commercial Systems is a market leader in the development and provision of trading, financial and manufacturing software environments for specialist Distribution, Automotive, Merchant, Retail and Manufacturing industry sectors, addressing single or multi-branch operations, as well as catering for organisations with 'point-of-sale' premises and warehouses.

As Account Manager, you will liaise with internal and external stakeholders to strategically manage a number of Accounts based in the UK, as part of the UKI Account Management Sales Team

Key Responsibilities:

It is expected that, as a minimum, you will deliver the agreed annual sales target for your UK Account Base You will be responsible for building and managing relationships with KCS’ customers in the UK and Ireland You will keep customers up to date with new product releases and system enhancements, ensuring they get the most from our growing number of products and services On a monthly basis, you will report and forecast via the CRM the activity and opportunity that exists within your accounts You will endeavour to build relationships at all levels within the accounts and across any parent/sister companies. This includes Board, Executive and C-level contacts It is expected that much of your time will be spent at your customers’ premises, as well as in one of the KCS offices This role will involve liaising internally and externally to manage specific customers and influence solutions Identification and closure of sales opportunities within these accounts
