Content Executive

Overview:

·     Manage client CMS to ensure content is up to date across digital platforms

·     Source and publish suitable news content

·     Track and report on content engagement, and suggest improvements to strategy or approach

·     Monitor user management across digital touchpoints

Principle Responsibilities

Client content:

  • Manage the overall content deployment schedule for our clients, ensuring all content is delivered and distributed accurately, to highest quality, and on time (referring to SLAs) and budget
  • Manage online forums to flag any posts of interest and respond where appropriate
  • Manage content strategy and roadmap for clients, collaborating across departments as required
  • Act as the gatekeeper and content owner for our clients, ensuring model range is represented accurately across all platforms
  • Manage content localisation where required
  • QA/proofread all material prior to launch and work with the wider Juice and/or client team to correct any errors or omissions
  • Measure and report on the performance of content and digital marketing activities
  • Provide ongoing optimisations to improve content performance
  • Support Accounts team with uploading content for digital publications

Juice content:

  • Act as the guardian of the company’s online profile, updating and deploying content on our website and other online/social profiles.

General Juiciness:

·     Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

·     Commercial awareness

·     An appreciation of creative concepts and thought processes

·     Collaborative working across multiple teams and projects

·     Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·     Flexibility to take on other tasks within a changing environment

Requirements

Skills/experience required:

Required:

·     Degree educated, preferably in Marketing, Journalism, Advertising, PR, Communications, or a related field

·     Outstanding client service mentality

·     Native or bilingual proficiency in English

·     Excellent accuracy

·     Excellent spelling and grammar with strong proofreading skills

·     Understanding of analytics and data interpretation

·     Confidence working with CMSs or digital platforms

·     Highly organised with great attention to detail

·     Calm under pressure and able to work to tight deadlines

·     Innovative and creative thinker with ability to initiate and manage own projects with outstanding execution

·     

Preferred:

·     Impeccable copywriting skills

·     Digital native

·     Experience of working within an agency

·     Experience of coordinating work across teams

·     Understanding of Google Analytics metrics & reporting
