About the role

We have an exciting opportunity to join our People Team as a Reward Advisor.

You’ll be as passionate as us about Colleague Wellbeing, and thrive on the opportunity to lead, shape and champion our award winning ‘Living Well’ wellbeing framework.

Reporting to the Reward Manager, and working within our supportive Reward team, you’ll also provide support across reward activities (pay, incentives, benefits and recognition), job evaluations and benchmarking, along with managing day to day Reward queries, Reward admin and provide support on projects within the Reward and wider People team. 

You’ll be comfortable forming relationships across the people team, with business colleagues and our TIDE (Together for Inclusion, Diversity & Inclusion) networks, to help guide and shape interventions. You’ll also regularly use your data skills for monitoring, analysing, and reporting on Reward and Wellbeing interventions, reviewing external benchmarking and legislation to ensure our policies and practices are relevant, effective and inclusive for all our Colleagues.

About you

We’re looking for you to have experience in a HR, Reward, or role with transferable skills set - along with a willingness to continually develop your Reward and Wellbeing expertise. You’ll be proactive in your approach, placing colleague experience at the focus of everything you do. 

You’ll have experience working in a complex, fast paced environment with multiple stakeholders and to support our stakeholders, you’ll be able to make the complex simple through your great communication skills - listening, written and verbal.

As you’ll join a fast-paced environment, you’ll demonstrate the ability to coordinate your own workload whilst managing multiple project demands, along with being a logical and solutions focused thinker with expertise in data analysis and data led decision making.

Interviews will take place online/in person from week commencing 23 September.
