The Service Advisor role is the busiest of the dealership, exciting and very rewarding.

As a service advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers who need to experience exceptional customer service.
- Have a positive personality
- Have excellent inter-personal skills
- Have good time management to ensure efficient booking and servicing of our customers vehicles
- Have the ability to quickly build up a relationship with customers
- Be Confident with excellent communication skills
- Be able to work as part of a team
- Have the ability to sell additional products to our customers
- Have the ability to work with various CRM systems

Hours of work will be Monday to Friday 8am to 5:30pm and a Saturday 8am till 12pm on a rota.

Licence/Certification:

- Driving License (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Proven Experience working in a fast paced Service Reception
- Proven Experience working in the automotive industry

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £25,000.00 per year
