Therole

Fugro are looking for a highly organised anddiligent Project Administrator to join the IFS project team basedin Wallingford on a 10 month contract. This is an interesting rolewhich is pivotal in supporting the team. You will work closely withthe implementation lead and other team members to coordinate theplanning, execution, and delivery of the project. You will beresponsible for maintaining project documentation, tracking projectprogress, and communicating updates to relevant stakeholders. Inaddition to this you will assist in identifying and resolvingissues or risks that may arise during the project lifecycle. Youwill also be involved in preparing reports, presentations andcorrespondence as well as organising and maintaining files andrecords, organising training and meetings. To be considered forthis role you will need to be an experienced and confidentadministrator with strong IT skills.

  • Previous administrationexperience is essential.
  • Educated to a minimumof GCSE standard to include Maths andEnglish.
  • Intermediate MS Word, Excel andPowerpoint skills.
  • Highly organised and able toprioritise tasks and manage your timeeffectively.
  • StrongEnglish language skills, both verbal andwritten.
