Are you an experienced Accounts Assistant looking for an interesting part-time assignment in Central Oxford?

If you have proven financial administration experience using Sage 200, this could be the ideal role for you.

As the Temporary Accounts Assistant, you will be assisting this academic client with a range of transactional tasks.

The client is seeking support for two days per week, for a total of 15 hours.

One of the days must be Monday and the second day is flexible but must be in the standard working week. This role is fully office based. 

Please note, this is a temporary position paid on a weekly PAYE basis. This role will start immediately, so sadly candidates with a lengthy notice period cannot be considered.

Sales and Purchase Ledger input Credit control, chasing invoices Assigning POs Bank reconciliations Raising sales orders Issuing credit notes

Temporary Accounts Assistant Requirements

Previous experience in an accounting or finance role Working knowledge of Sage 200 Experience of working in a professional business environment Self-motivated, able to work on own initiative with an ability to prioritise a varied workload Excellent interpersonal skills; able to work and communicate effectively with varied groups of stakeholders and good team working skills Self-motivated, able to work on own initiative with an ability to prioritise a varied workload Competent in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel (V Look Ups and Pivot tables will be useful).
