We are currently recruiting for a Hospitality Supervisor to join one of our sites in London, EC2N

Wilson Vale is an established, quality-led contract caterer. We work with amazing clients across the UK who place huge value on great food as a key part of their culture and community. We work in office restaurants, independent schools and at conference venues with the same high-end ethos throughout.

We are looking for a positive, honest and reliable employee to join our friendly and hardworking team. We can offer good training and prospects within our team for the right candidate.

Working Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week. Working between the times of 7:00am and 5:00pm, due to this, flexibility will be required. 

We are looking for an enthusiastic Hospitality Supervisor to join our support team based in central London. Our Hospitality teams aim to deliver impeccable service, modern exciting food in an organised and timely manner. You won’t stand still or have a dull moment in this very hands-on role. We are a contract catering company that provides a fresh food service, serving seasonal and innovative food. We provide bespoke breakfasts, working lunches, canape events, showpiece buffet lunches, private dining and special events. The ideal candidate will preferably have previous food and beverage experience in a supervisor capacity, excellent customer care and social skills, be able to work using their own initiative and the ability to work as part of a team. Full training will be given but the ability to learn quickly and adapt to the environment is a must. Suitable for someone with previous restaurant experience, looking for more work / life balance and weekends off.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

Have experience working in a similar role and environment Be highly organised and comfortable working in a high-pressured environment Ensure you have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety Keep up standards of hygiene and ensure all areas are clean and tidy Have excellent customer service and social skills Be responsible for the preparation and serving of food to staff Have a can do attitude and will work well as part of a team Be customer focused Have basic food knowledge Be willing to participate and enjoy working part of the team
