As Hospitality Supervisor, you will organise and control all aspects of the hospitality catering operation in line with the strategic plan for growth and profitability of the business.

You will manage and control all aspects of the business within budgetary guidelines and to comply with the client, company, and statutory regulations.

You will also be proactive in the engagement of customers and adapting the offer to suit their needs providing an opportunity to maximise revenue.

**Key Responsibilities**_**_
- To ensure all company and statutory regulations pertaining to health & safety, hygiene & fire are always adhered to
- To ensure a standard of personal and general cleanliness and hygiene as to comply with company and statutory regulations
- To ensure your team always wears the correct standard of dress or uniform
- To promote the Health and Wellbeing of your staff
- To ensure that all company and client contracts are acted upon in the manner which best serves the company interests
- To prepare information on financial and operational performance and activity relating to hospitality department when requested
- To maintain a happy and helpful manner and attitude throughout your working hours
- To ensure only recognised company procedures as outlined in the company manuals are in place at the unit

**Professional and personal competencies/qualifications**_**_
- Some experience, and the right attitude - will train up if they have the right attitude
- Experience in Contracting Catering
- Experience with Serving Restaurant - fine dining and private dining
- Hotel Backgrounds also welcome
