You will have excellent communication & stakeholder management skills which will enable you to you truly delve into the business requirements, being responsible for end-to-end delivery of solutions.

Able to work under your own initiative the key responsibilities of the role are as follows:

  • Gather requirements including facilitating workshops to capture current processes via process maps, develop user stories or future operational models
  • Immerse yourself in business processes & proactively identify opportunities for improvement - analyse and document these business processes
  • Working as part of project teams - collaborating with colleagues to deliver end results
  • Ensure requirements are delivered as agreed within deadlines
  • Conduct cost/benefit analyses for input into the business case

The successful candidates for this role will have strong experience of what good looks like. They will be able to bring real life experience & structure to ways of working. You will be a self starter who is confident in their abilities. You will have the ability to shape and influence methodology and you will be eager to make a difference.
