Our client is an automotive retailerrepresenting prestigious car Brands they have a total of 30businesses providing sales service and accident repair servicesacross Sussex Surrey Kent andHampshire.


Established in 1931 they are asuccessful and progressive thirdgeneration familyownedbusiness.


They are nowactively looking to recruit a Sales Executive for their premium andluxury dealership in Chandlers FordSouthampton.

JobPurpose.

Therole of the Sales Executive is to Sell the manufacturers range ofnew and used car products meeting agreed salesvolumes.

KeyResponsibilities:

  • Followprecisely and consistently the manufacturer sales process includingmeeting inquiry managementtargets.
  • Understanding ofmanufacturer mystery shopping criteria and ability to apply thisknowledge when dealing withcustomers.
  • Ensure the showroomdisplays customer information sales activities vehicledocumentation and other relevant information are kept andmaintained accurately and comprehensively to the requiredmanufacturer standard. To include the availability of brochures anddisplay of manufacturervehicles.
  • Using various sourcesprospect for new and used car customers on a regular basis tocreate sales opportunities. Through the effective use of a followupprocess maintain regular contact with all new and existingcustomers to ensure relationships are maintained for potential(repeat) business.
  • Maximise salesopportunities by offering finance solutions to customers as well asadhering to the FCA guidelines at all times with regard toportraying financial information and regulatedactivities.
  • Manage the preparationand handover of sold vehicles to customers ensuring that thecustomer is given a full briefing on the operation of the vehicleand its controls including introducing customers to the aftersalesdepartment.
  • To participate inplanning sales campaigns and promotions to maximize salespenetration and take part fully in on and offsite promotions run bythe department.
  • Carry out accurateappraisals of all vehicles offered for a partexchange.
