Graphic Designer

We are excited to be recruiting a new Graphic Designer to join our BD & Marketing team in Bristol.

Are you a talented Graphic Designer ready to make your mark? We're seeking a creative individual to become the guardian of our brand guidelines and create engaging visuals that effectively communicate our marketing strategies and expertise.

You'll work closely with a variety of stakeholders to produce high-quality graphics for both online and print media. Your designs will captivate and engage our target audiences, driving the success of our campaigns and initiatives. You will be responsible for creating content for social media, websites, training materials, email templates, adverts, marketing literature, and much more.

You'll manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining quality. Collaboration will be key, and you will work closely with our Videographer to produce engaging content.

  So Who Are We Hoping Will Apply?

A creative person with fresh ideas and enthusiasm. Excellent organisational, collaboration, and communication skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines. Proficiency in key graphic design software, including InDesign. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders. Attention to detail and consistency in design work. Experience with Canva is a bonus, but not essential. Ideally, you'll have experience as an in-house graphic designer, managing a variety of projects and stakeholders. A strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects for different audiences.

Where Will I Be Working?

At VWV we have a truly unique and engaging culture that we hold dear. We work hard but we also love to have fun and we recognise that it's the social interaction between us that really embeds our culture. Whilst this unusual time has proved we can work effectively as a business from home, we're currently working to a hybrid model of office and home working. We have a "grown-up" working culture and try to be flexible and agile in the way we work. We anticipate you'll be in the Bristol office at least 2 days per week beyond the initial training period.
