MHI Media is seeking a talented Performance Graphics Designer to join our dynamic team. As our Performance Graphics Designer, you'll be responsible for:

- Collaborating with our media buyers and creative strategists to conceptualize and produce high-impact graphics and visual elements for video and still image projects
- Developing visually engaging content that effectively generates sales and gathers leads for our clients, while capturing and maintaining the attention of their target audience
- Utilizing your expertise in the art of storytelling, as well as your ability to create compelling visuals that grab and keep people's attention, to deliver high-quality video and still images
- Contributing to the success of client campaigns by staying current with industry trends and best practices
- Participating in creative brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas for various projects
- Managing multiple client projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining a high level of quality

Requirements for this role include:

- Proven experience as a Performance Graphics Designer or a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your video and still image design skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects, as well as other industry-standard design tools
- Strong knowledge of storytelling techniques and the ability to create captivating visuals that engage audiences
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas through visual storytelling
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines
- A strong work ethic and a passion for staying current with design trends and industry advancements
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment and build strong relationships with clients

The Essential Info:

- This role is a full-time position, 40 hours a week.
- Applicants must be UK residents.
- In-person working at our Bristol office is preferred, but outstanding remote applicants will be considered.
- Flexible working available.
