TheRole: As an International ProjectManager you will play a pivotal role in managing keyclient engagements across luxury retail automotive biopharma andlarge publicly traded companies. Working closely with seniorstakeholders within the company and their clients organisations youwill oversee the coordination of activities ensure the smoothdelivery of services and drive efficiency in project managementprocesses.

KeyResponsibilities:

  • Actas the primary point of contact for clients leading projectmeetings and tracking action items.
  • Build andmaintain relationships with colleagues and client stakeholders tofacilitate communication and knowledge sharing.
  • Support colleagues in advancing client projects globallywhile ensuring alignment with deadlines andexpectations.
  • Develop and manage projecttrackers and reporting templates tailored to meet clientneeds.
  • Coordinate multiple parties involved inprojects across different practice groups andjurisdictions.
  • Facilitate effectivecommunication among stakeholders and conduct regular reviews tolearn from project experiences.
  • Monitorproject finances including service fees project fees and clientpayments.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in project management withina professional services firm.
  • Strongstakeholder engagement skills.
  • Preferablyknowledge or experience in energy management or energymarkets.
  • Selfmotivation organization andattention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MicrosoftOffice especially Excel.
  • Ability to managemultiple workstreams and coordinate global projectteams.
  • Excellent written and verbalcommunication skills.
