About the Role:

Teaching Personnel is currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team in Newton Abbot. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with children who have Special Educational Needs (SEN) in a supportive and dynamic school environment. As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting students with varying needs, helping them to achieve their full potential both academically and socially.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with children with SEN is highly desirable.
  • A patient, caring, and empathetic approach to working with students who have additional needs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
