TPF Recruitment areworking with a fantastic wellknown firm of chartered accountants inMaidstone who have a fantastic reputation across the South East.Our client is a market leading Top 15 firm of chartered accountantsthat provides a wide array of accounting services to a completelymixed client portfolio. This includes sole traders LLPs and Ltdcompanies through to significantly sized national and internationalgroups. As a business they have had a real focus on strengtheningtheir corporate tax presence and are now looking for a CorporateTax Senior Manager to join their highly successful team.
As aCorporate Tax Senior Manager you will be responsiblefor:
- Youwill work closely with the local partners in delivering a range oftax work.
- You willwork with a wide range of clients from ownermanaged companies andquoted groups to local and national charities.
- You willbe involved in compliance and ad hoc advisory work and businessdevelopment initiatives working with the team to generate new work.
- Ability todeliver general corporate tax consultancy which may include some ofthe following:
- Groupreorganisations. Advice on structuring acquisitions. Due diligencework and SPA reviews. Corporate debt particularly in a groupcontext.
- Research& Development tax relief / Patent Box. International taxadvice (structuring / financing / transfer pricing). Capitalallowancesreviews.
Requirements
- Youwill be any of ACA/ACCA/CTA qualified and will have developed yourcareer to Corporate Tax Manager / Senior Manager levels with acorporate tax focused career background having been developedwithin any mix of: in house and/or accountancy practice firmbackground.
- Youwill bring a mix of compliance and planning skills and may comewith expertise in some areas of corporate tax advisory project workand be looking to develop further in other areas.
- Youwill have opportunity to work on wideranging work where you willhave opportunity to develop your technical skill set within asupportive team and officeculture.
