What you’ll do on the daily…

  • Give excellent customer service, making sure all SeaSpace visitors are greeted with a positive first impression.
  • Stay on top of responsibilities and complete daily tasks bang on time
  • Think customer first at all times.
  • Check guests in and out if needed.
  • Host across swim/gym club and reception.
  • Support the café/deli during busy times
  • Keep you space in shape, with a clean, tidy working area
  • Listen to guest complaints, liaise with the right people to resolve, or escalate to House Manager

What you’ll bring to the table…

  • A razor-sharp customer focus
  • An eye for prioritising tasks and knack with time management.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Previous experience of using property/food & beverage management systems, ideally
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Knowledge of the local area and amenities to help with recommendations.
