About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Bar Host at SeaSpace. As a Bar Host, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
• Work in all areas of the restaurant, including the bar, kitchen, and dining areas.
• Prepare and serve hot and cold drinks, as well as food items.
• Continuously build upon company and product knowledge, providing input on how we can develop and improve our offerings.
• Participate in team tasting sessions to gain a deeper understanding of our menus and enhance team creativity and rapport.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to high standards of hygiene and safety.
• Process guest payments and handle billing efficiently.
• Support new team members in their training and development, fostering a positive and inclusive team environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction and a seamless service experience.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a bar, waiting, or retail environment, or other people-facing roles.
• A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a genuine desire to provide a memorable experience.
• Able to work smart, prioritize tasks, and maintain a high level of productivity in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to adapt to changing situations and priorities, demonstrating flexibility and a positive attitude.
