About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Host at SeaSpace. As a Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that every guest has a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure that all guests are greeted with a positive first impression.
  • Manage front desk operations, including checking guests in and out, handling room assignments, and responding to guest inquiries.
  • Support the café/deli during busy times and maintain a clean and tidy working area.
  • Listen to guest complaints, liaise with the right people to resolve, or escalate to House Manager.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Knowledge of property/food & beverage management systems, ideally.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and ability to multitask.
