- Provide support to the Directorate Senior Management Team.
- Maintain electronic diaries and schedule and organise meetings with relevant attendees (both internal and external).
- Prioritise and allocate incoming communications, forwarding where necessary, answering letters, emails, and preparing draft replies as appropriate.
- Support with administrative duties and tasks as directed by the Chief People Officer, such as long service awards, University pay schemes, and welcome events (alongside other post holders).
What skills do I need?
- The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- High standard of education qualifications, including excellent written English and a good standard of numeracy.
