Chief Executive Officer

Oxford Food Hub is seeking a visionary leader to drive its next phase of growth and expansion. As Chief Executive Officer, you will be responsible for guiding the organisation through a period of strategic development, enhancing its impact, and securing financial sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive strategic plan to drive organisational growth and expansion.
- Market Analysis and Adaptation: Conduct market analysis and adapt the organisation's operations to meet changing food surplus sources and trends.
- Operational Excellence: Drive improvements in operational efficiency, logistics, and food redistribution, ensuring the organisation's capacity expansion and network growth.
- Financial Sustainability: Ensure robust financial management, financial stewardship, and resource mobilisation to secure the organisation's financial sustainability.
- Community and Stakeholder Relations: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, serving as the public face of Oxford Food Hub and forging strategic partnerships to enhance the organisation's reach and impact.
- Governance and Compliance: Ensure regulatory compliance, risk management, and adherence to all relevant legal, regulatory, and ethical standards.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in a senior leadership role within the charity, private, non-profit, or food redistribution sectors, with a proven track record of strategic planning and organisational growth. They will possess excellent line management skills, a deep understanding of the UK's regulatory environment for food redistribution and charitable activities, and a passion for environmental sustainability, food security, and community well-being.
