Job Description

Job Description 

  • Identify and develop key relationships within stakeholder businesses to better drive interest and engagement with Assystem. 

  • Fully understand the strategy and operational parameters of each assigned Framework agreement and engage with the wider teams to ensure that all Framework requirements are understood correctly and being delivered to high quality standards and client expectations. 

  • Develop an understanding of the full Assystem capability, drawing on expertise within our business to advise clients on available solutions supporting Assystem's strategy for growth. 

  • Support the bid team in tendering and positioning for future framework opportunities. 

  • Monitor the Framework's operational day to day activities, ensuring that they are compliant with project delivery processes. Recommend appropriate remedial actions as required. 

  • Monitor the deliver team growth to meet business objectives, manage on-boarding, support Project Managers, identify vacancies, liaise with Recruitment and Resource management and monitor headcount. 

  • Review Profit and Loss, project performance, manage and report on revenue and invoicing, overheads, budgeting.  

  • Develop and ensure that sufficient and appropriate framework management controls and governance are in place to enable effective and compliant delivery of proposals and projects. 

  • Develop framework management tools to enable feedback, whilst monitoring both the activity spend on the Framework, client satisfaction and the delivery of value for money and savings. 

  • Ensure that all frameworks have been reviewed by Legal and that all contractual matters are understood correctly by the project team. 

  • Represent Assystem at a framework level, supplier's reviews, and bidders' forums. 

  • Participate in the refinement, and implementation of the business plan for the future of the Framework. 

  • Ensure that all projects in the assigned portfolio are set up and executed in a manner consistent with company expectations, policies, procedures and that all appropriate quality assurance (QA) requirements are in place 

  • Ensure that all projects are reviewed in a monthly project review or other agreed basis to identify current and anticipated problems and opportunities. 

  • Ensure that all projects in the Framework achieve or exceed their as-sold GM from each project.
