**Framework Manager - Energy Transition Expert**
At Assystem, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Framework Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving our energy transition strategy forward.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive interest and engagement with Assystem's energy transition solutions.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a deep understanding of each assigned framework agreement and deliver high-quality solutions that meet client expectations.
- Identify and leverage Assystem's capabilities to advise clients on available solutions that support our growth strategy.
- Support the bid team in tendering and positioning for future framework opportunities.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with project delivery processes, recommending remedial actions as required.
- Manage the growth of the deliver team to meet business objectives, including on-boarding, supporting Project Managers, identifying vacancies, and liaising with Recruitment and Resource management.
- Review and manage Profit and Loss, project performance, revenue, invoicing, overheads, and budgeting.
- Develop and implement framework management controls and governance to ensure effective and compliant delivery of proposals and projects.
- Develop framework management tools to enable feedback, monitor activity spend, client satisfaction, and delivery of value for money and savings.
- Ensure all frameworks have been reviewed by Legal and that contractual matters are understood correctly by the project team.
- Represent Assystem at framework level, supplier's reviews, and bidders' forums.
- Participate in the refinement and implementation of the business plan for the future of the Framework.
- Ensure all projects in the assigned portfolio are set up and executed in a manner consistent with company expectations, policies, procedures, and quality assurance requirements.
- Review all projects in a monthly project review or other agreed basis to identify current and anticipated problems and opportunities.
- Ensure all projects in the Framework achieve or exceed their as-sold Gross Margin.
