Your future, as a Patient Services Advisor at mydentist
You’ll be joining our Patient Services department within our office called the Support Centre, which is in Greater Manchester (M26 1GG).
We have 2 permanent, 18 hour roles.
Position 1:
Monday - 8am -1pm
Tuesday - 1-5pm
Wednesday - 12-5pm
Thursday - 8am -12pm
Position 2:
Monday - 12-5pm
Tuesday and Wednesday 1-5pm
Friday - 8am -1pm
- Full training and support provided working alongside and experienced team.
- You will benefit from free onsite parking and Kearsley train station is just a short walk away
- With an onsite mini market shop and casual seating space inside and outside (for the sunnier days)

Your future, your role
As a Patient Services Advisor, you'll be:
- The first line of contact for practices and answer calls received by patients within the designated KPI’s
- Ensuring that all appointments are booked/amended/cancelled accurately and efficiently in line with company procedures
- Building effective and successful working relationships with the practice teams to ensure that practice and patient problems are resolved quickly.
- Providing assistance and advice to patients within the designated scope of training provided.
- Providing help, support and excellent customer service to patients
You will need:
- Great customer service experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Time management skills
- Confident IT user with experience of working with Microsoft Office
- Be hard working with a professional and proactive attitude.
