About the Role:
The HR Assistant will play a fundamental role in establishing and developing our HR function. Working closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager to support various HR initiatives, streamline processes, and ensure a positive employee experience.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Update and maintain HR policies and procedures, responding to employee queries.
- Support with preparation of HR documents, e.g. employment contracts and offer letters.
- Support employee benefits administration.
- Support employee engagement initiatives.
- Assist in organising HR events and training sessions.
- Assisting the Talent Acquisition Manager with recruitment processes, including coordinating candidate communications.
- Assist with on-boarding new employees, including conducting orientation sessions.
- Support with managing office supplies and ensure inventory is adequately stocked.
- Handle office maintenance requests and liaise with external vendors.
- Assist with planning and organising company events and meetings.
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HR Assistant or similar role.
- Knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- CIPD Level 3, Degree in Human Resources or a related field is a plus.

If it feels like we’re a good match, we’ll share you CV with the hiring manager to review. Our interview process is tailored to each role but typically you can expect a two-stage interview process;
1st stage – An informal 30-minute video call with the hiring team to discuss your skills and relevant experience. This is a great opportunity to find out more about the role and to ask any questions you may have.
2nd Stage – A one-hour interview where you can expect competency questions. In most cases this is held in person.
