About the role

Working alongside the BI Manager and Data Analysts across the wider group, the BI Analyst will be responsible for scoping, creating, and maintaining business intelligence solutions that enable data-driven decision-making.

This is a critical role within a dynamic environment to ensure that recent investments in Microsoft Fabric are fully exploited.

We offer a flexible working environment where hybrid working has been embedded. You would be required to attend the office two to three days per week.

As the Business Intelligence Analyst you’ll get the opportunity to:

Identify, collect, and document business intelligence requirements. Collect and analyse data to generate valuable insights and trends. Lead on the development of interactive dashboards and reports to provide insights and KPI tracking. Develop new data collection and analysis processes. Work with the wider data analyst and reporting community to develop standards and best practise in the development and management of data assets. Work as part of change projects to ensure that impacts on data assets are fully evaluated and reporting needs taken into consideration. Contribute to the design and maintenance of data warehousing solutions, ensuring data consistency, accuracy, and availability. What you’ll bring? Proven working experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst, Data Analyst, or Reporting Analyst Knowledge of data warehousing, ETL, and BI concepts and methodologies. Expert knowledge of Microsoft Power BI Experience in data models and reporting packages Proficient in writing complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyse data from various databases, including Oracle BI, Azure Database, and other SQL databases. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Knowledge of data warehousing concepts
