About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Intelligence Officer to join our team at East and North Hertfordshire NHS Trust. As a key member of our People Intelligence, Planning and Analytics (PIPA) team, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality data insights to support our strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on the use of ESR (Electronic Staff Records) system to Trust staff and managers.
  • Support the administration of ESR, including data quality checks and maintenance.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support business intelligence and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with the Technology Enhanced Learning team to ensure seamless integration between learning systems and ESR.
  • Audit and check the quality and consistency of data held within ESR, escalating issues to the People Team as necessary.
Requirements
  • Educated to Degree/HND/Level 5-6 qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and MS Teams.
  • Good understanding of GDPR, Data Protection Act, and confidentiality.
  • Ability to prioritize workloads and balance urgent and routine tasks.
  • Demonstrable commitment to quality and focus on delivering high standards.
