About you

Pediatric Nurse qualification with current PIN number. Ideally will hold qualification in training and mentoring. Must have experience and confident in children's complex health. A full driving licence and own transport would be an advantage.

Training and development

Responsible for training new staff in allrelevant health needs for each child, supporting and supervising new staff froma clinical perspective but not being allocated to or responsible for the child/youngperson

Complete refresher updates andcompetencies for all staff as per Courtyard Care Policies

Assist in the development for on goingcompetency assessments for all staff

Develop training resources and materials

Deliver training in mandatory areas suchas medication, first aid etc
