Due to our continued growth we arerecruiting for a customerfocused highly motivated Customer SuccessManagerto provide account support to clients.

Asa Customer Success Manager at Get Support you will play a pivotalrole in fostering strong client relationships ensuring they fullyachieve their IT objectives. Operating in a dynamic fastpacedenvironment this position involves engaging with businessstakeholders at senior levels and collaborating with technicalstaff within Get Support.

Responsibilitiesinclude conducting regular review meetings with clients both on andoffsite serving as a point of escalation for operational issues andaddressing requests when the client journey deviates from theirexpectations. Additionally the Customer Success Manager will takethe lead in ensuring timely provision of quotes and addressingother commercialenquiries.

ResponsibilitiesInclude:

  • To provideprompt account support to clients ensuring accurate and consistentcommunication of all details in plainEnglish.
  • To ensure that we are developingclient relationships and expanding service take up includinghardware purchasing support services andprojects.
  • Understanding our clients businessrequirements and services provided by GetSupport.
  • Assist clients in setting goals andsuccess criteria for Get Supports services and provide servicereporting.
  • Manage and monitor interactions withour technical teams proactively escalating any issues andrequests.
  • Create and deliver clientpresentations that outline performance issues and suggested coursesof action.
  • Periodic client servicereviews.
  • Identify new opportunities andproducts available for the client.
  • Onboardingof new clients from an account management perspective andsupporting their transition to GetSupport.

Key SkillsRequirements andExperience:

  • A historyof successfully leading and managing clients throughescalations.
  • Experience and working knowledgeof basic software security principles concepts and technologies maybe an advantage.
  • Adaptability and willingnessto learn new technologies.
  • Strong projectmanagement and time management skills.
  • Strongclient service and account managementskills.
  • Excellent communicationskills.
  • A full UK driving licence and access toa vehicle.

Salary: 26k 34k dependant on experience
