**About the role** Balfour Beatty are currently looking for an Site Administrator to join our Regional team based in Oxford for the construction of a major Park & Ride project.

**What you'll be doing** As a Site Administrator, you will have the following accountabilities:

- Be the first point of contact to all site visitors
- Assist with facilities management where required
- logging important information that will inform monthly reporting requirements
- Other general admin activities to support the project team
- encourage a positive safety culture on site

**Who we're looking for** You will have the following:

- Competent using all Microsoft programmes
- Good communicator and suited to client facing role
- Team player who will encourage a positive working culture
