Job Description

We currently have an opportunity for a maintenance assistant to join our award-winning team, working at Our Ladys Care Home.

An Enhanced Access NI Check is required for this post.

About The Role

Basic Function: To carry out repairs, service checks, maintenance, gardening and general up-keep of grounds.

Desired Criteria

  • General knowledge of Health & Safety requirements
  • Previous experience of undertaking PATS testing
  • Electrician/plumbing certificate
  • Experience of Medical equipment repairs

Required Criteria

  • Minimum two years’ experience in a similar role
  • Full driving licence and access to own car for travelling as required
  • Be eligible to work in the UK
  • Must have a good command of written and spoken English
  • Ability to work set hours, flexible to meet the needs of the organisation
