We currently have an opportunity for a maintenance assistant to join our award-winning team.

Working across our Belfast group homes: Arlington Care Home, Belfast, Our Ladys Care Home, Belfast and Parkmanor Oaks Care Home

**An Enhanced Access NI Check is required for this post.**

**About The Role**

**Basic Function**:To carry out repairs, service checks, maintenance, gardening and general up-keep of grounds across all Group locations as per Management instruction.

**Required Criteria**
- Full driving licence and access to own car for travelling as required
- Be eligible to work in the UK
- Must have a good command of written and spoken English
- Ability to work set hours, flexible to meet the needs of the organisation
- Minimum one years’ experience in a similar role

**Desired Criteria**
- General knowledge of Health & Safety requirements
- Previous experience of undertaking PATS testing
- Electrician/plumbing certificate

**Skills Needed**

Ability to Identify and Anticipate needs, Plumbing and Pipefitting, Electrical repairs
