Our supervisors support their management team in running exceptional restaurants. They may do this
by leading or supporting shifts as a manager, or by working a section of their restaurant.


Our supervisors are engaging communicators with their team and guests. They are passionate about

proactive in their desire to continually improve their business.

Love Your Guests• Runs shifts with confidence, leading the team to deliver great guest service • Carries out engaging pre and post shift briefs • Supports the team to deal with complaints and deliver magic moments • Passionate about food quality and regularly checks food specs • Supports the management team to drive guest feedback through clear communication and team
incentives • Communicates with the management team, ensuring that they are aware of all relevant
information from their shifts

Engage Your Teams • Engages with the team creating a fun place to work • Encourages team work through leading by example • Proactively provides both positive and/or corrective feedback to the team during shifts • Supports the training of new team members as well as encouraging existing team to develop their
skills and knowledge • Communicates key messages to the team to ensure smooth running of shifts • Attends team meetings and is a key contributor, sharing ideas and suggesting better ways of
working• Confidently manages employee issues on shift inline with company policies and procedures.
Achieve Your Results•Proactively supports the management team to manage labour during shifts, taking the necessary
action as required • Consistently drives sales in house by setting targets for the team and monitoring performance • Supports the management team to drive incentives through monitoring and communicating them
to the team • Carries out cost control actions ensuring their contribution adds to the overall success of the
business.
Drive Your Standards • Ensures Food Safety and Health and Safety are the number one priority and understands the risk
to the business for non-compliance • Monitors and completes daily standards on shift front of house and back of house and
contributes to actions plans for improvements • Takes accountability for compliance diary completion and supports the team to understand their
responsibilities
