We are currently recruiting for a Civils Groundworks Supervisor for a major Civils project in the Black Country area. We require someone who can motivate & guide the existing team on site and effectively communicate between Site Management and workers to follow the outlined programme whilst engaging with site Engineers.
The person we are looking for will be Supervising the workforce with the following tasks:
- Lift pit construction (structural works)
- Secondary drainage
- Systems ducting & chambers
- Earthworks (backfilling & compaction / muckaway)
- Finishing works (Coping stones, paving, street furniture/lighting etc)
- SSSTS or CSCS Gold Card
- and either a slinger signaller Card or Lift Supervisor Qualification
(Ideally we could do with someone who has “Lift supervisor” training, as this would be beneficial to this role.)
