The Opportunity

As our new Pharmacy Space Planner, you'll be at the forefront of revolutionising how pharmacies utilise their retail space. This isn't just a job – it's a chance to redefine an industry

What You'll Do:

Craft innovative macro floor plans and micro fixture planograms for our vast network of 5000+ member pharmacies Support our retail branch network in a space planning capacity as and when required working closely with internal Space Planning colleagues and the wider OTC team. Collaborate with pharmacy owners to create tailored retail spaces that maximise customer satisfaction and sales Lead conversations with external suppliers, ensuring timely equipment delivery and cost management Work cross-functionally to bring your visionary plans to life at the branch level

Who You Are

2+ years of experience in retail space planning Expert knowledge in macro and micro space planning principles A deep understanding of the Pharmacy OTC market Proficiency in AutoCAD and Spaceman Strong commercial acumen and the ability to drive sales through strategic planning Excellent communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders A talent for influencing and collaborating across teams
