La Oportunidad
Como nuestro nuevo Estratega de Espacio en Farmacia, estarás a la vanguardia de la revolución en la utilización del espacio de venta en farmacias. Este no es solo un trabajo, es una oportunidad para redefinir una industria.
Lo que Harás:
Diseñar planes de piso macro innovadores y planogramas de micro exhibición para nuestra vasta red de más de 5000 farmacias miembros. Apoyar a nuestra red de sucursales en capacidades de planificación de espacio según sea necesario, trabajando en estrecha colaboración con colegas internos de Planificación de Espacio y el equipo más amplio de OTC. Colaborar con propietarios de farmacias para crear espacios de venta personalizados que maximicen la satisfacción del cliente y las ventas. Liderar conversaciones con proveedores externos, asegurando la entrega oportuna de equipos y la gestión de costos. Trabajar de manera transversal para llevar tus planes visionarios a la vida en el nivel de sucursal.Por qué Este Rol es Importante

Quién Eres
Más de 2 años de experiencia en planificación de espacio minorista. Conocimiento experto en principios de planificación de espacio macro y micro. Una comprensión profunda del mercado OTC de Farmacia. Dominio de AutoCAD y Spaceman. Fuerte sentido comercial y la capacidad de impulsar ventas a través de la planificación estratégica. Excelentes habilidades de comunicación para interactuar con diversas partes interesadas. Talento para influir y colaborar entre equipos.Lo que Ofrecemos
