About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmacy Space Planner to join our team at Phoenix Medical Supplies. As a key member of our retail space planning team, you will be responsible for creating innovative and customer-centric retail spaces for our network of pharmacies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Crafting macro floor plans and micro fixture planograms for our pharmacies
• Supporting our retail branch network in a space planning capacity
• Collaborating with pharmacy owners to create tailored retail spaces
• Leading conversations with external suppliers to ensure timely equipment delivery and cost management
• Working cross-functionally to bring space planning visions to life at the branch level

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in retail space planning
• Expert knowledge in macro and micro space planning principles
• Deep understanding of the Pharmacy OTC market
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Spaceman
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to drive sales through strategic planning
• Excellent communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders
• Talent for influencing and collaborating across teams
