We are lookingfor a Team Manager for Gigaclear Build you will work closely withthe Project Manager to provide comprehensive support.


The candidate must have theability to provide direction instructionsand guidance to a group of individuals who can also be known as ateam for the purpose of achieving a certain goal.A professional and confidential mannerwill be required at alltimes.


Whatwill you bedoing

As a TeamManager your core responsibilities will be

  • Responsiblefor managing the daytoday administrative requirements to ensurethey are carried out diligently and accurately.
  • Planningand prioritisation of work stack activities (team visits checksmeetingsetc.)
  • Owningexecuting and delivering daily work requirements against customermetrics.
  • Maintainingand improving productivity without compromising safety andquality.
  • Escalaterelevant issues and observations to supportingmanager.
  • Dailyinterface with engineers ensuring completion of work and targetshit.
  • Coachingof teams in the spirit of continuous improvement & identifytrainingneeds.
  • Effectiveperformance management through transparent twoway communication andregular and meaningful 1to1 s to driveperformance.
  • Ensureaccurate completion of all generatedwork
  • Ensure closeworking relationship with senior managers field andcustomer
  • Buildand maintain close working relationships to managecustomeraffecting issues to resolution and ensure consistency inthe customerexperience.
  • Promoteand encourage development ofstaff
  • Supportand encourage Health & safety within theteam
  • MaintainIn house and externalsystems
  • Attendand organise daily conference calls around thebusiness
  • KPIand SLA s meant internally and tocustomers


Requirements

Skills& Qualificationsrequired:

  • PreferableTeam Leaderexperience
  • Proficientworking knowledge of Microsoft packages incl Excel Word andPowerPoint
  • Organisedand proactive approach towork
  • Abilityto work in a strong teamenvironment
  • Excellent communication andtime managementskills
  • Ahigh level of diplomacy and customerfocused
  • Usesown initiative to develop ideas andpractices
  • Abilityto manage stress and have strong emotionalresilience
  • Flexibleapproach and positive attitude towork
  • Maintaininga high level of integrity and confidentiality iskey
  • Provenexperience of overseeing and managing ateam
