We are looking for an experienced project coordinator to join the RSC's Digital Development department on a fixed term contract basis, to support the planning, development, and execution of a feasibility study at the RSC, including a new international interdisciplinary fellowship programme for artists, researchers, and cultural leaders, centred on historically underrepresented communities.

You will provide coordination and administrative support including scheduling, supporting the operations of the fellowship, and liaising with artists, researchers, internal and industry partners, and funders. The role will serve as a first-line point for communication for our ambitious programme of innovation, research & creative projects.

Your responsibilities will include:

Coordinating communications and acting as a first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including other RSC departments Liaising with program partners and artist teams, providing operational and logistical support (including arranging travel, accommodation, and access provision) for events, workshops, and potential production periods Providing scheduling and logistical support for Interdisciplinary programming efforts Supporting the operations in-person events, liaising with RSC operational departments to ensure the effective delivery of these workshops Supporting the reporting, evaluation, and management of project outcomes, drafting timely reports to stakeholders and funders Maintaining systems for managing and monitoring project process, spend, and deliverables

We are looking for someone with the following skills and experience:

Familiarity with UK-context including logistics and travel, and international travel planning Experience supporting artists or creative workflows Meticulous and rigorous approach to record keeping, data and reporting with accuracy and attention to detail Excellent computer literacy in MS Office and confidence adapting to project tools such as Airtable, Slack, etc. Ability to work within a charity budget and use funds responsibly  Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills Excellent attention to detail and a strong organisational skills

This role is offered as a 2-year fixed term contract, until September 2025, the hours of work are 20 per week, Monday to Friday, however there is flexibility around when they are worked, the position will be based in Stratford-upon-Avon. Occasional evenings and weekends are required, e.g., around annual events.
