  • Qualifications: A recent degree in English (1st or 2:1 preferred), or a related subject
  • Experience: Relevant experience is welcome but not essential—enthusiasm and a love for English is key

  • Provide both 1:1 and group support to help students excel in English
  • Encourage a range of learners with different abilities to foster curiosity for the subject
  • Work closely with classroom teachers, learning effective teaching techniques
  • Apply your knowledge while developing transferable skills that will benefit your future career
  • Clear progression: This role offers a clear route to a paid teacher training programme, starting in September 2025
