As we work with young people our work can be delivered in many ways, including therapies such as CBT, EMDR and decider skills. Whilst also using creative methods such as play and art to ensure that the work is engaging and meaningful to our young people.

Risk management and care planning skills are important within our team and being able to monitor and communicate risk is something we do daily. In our team we engage in a lot of training delivery to our local authorities and these are great for new members of our team to join and support.
