The area covered by the post is North Later Life CMHT Manchester

We are looking for an experienced, committed and motivated professional to work with older people who are living with dementia or functional illnesses.

We are a friendly and supportive team and encourage professional and personal development 

Main duties of the job

Care Co-ordination under CPA Complete Memory Assessments (training will be given) Administering depots Complete initial assessments Participate in Duty Rota Carer Assessments
