We have a unique opportunity for a highly organised and efficient PA to join our team on a permanent basis with specific responsibility for two of our directors, including the Director General.
You will be the key liaison point between our Board of Trustees and our Executive Leadership Team, dealing with a wide range of confidential communications assessing urgency and relevance. To be effective, you will need to be a great people person, motivated and an effective multi-tasker, with an excellent eye for detail.
No two days are the same in this role; you could be organising our Council meetings one week, arranging strategy days for the Executive team the next and also managing large events such as our long service awards.
Diary management is key as is the co-ordination and management of regular strategic meetings including the ability to take minutes, provide agendas and monitor papers.
About You:
We are looking for someone who is an exceptional people person and a skilled administrator, ready to contribute to the smooth running of the PDSA leadership team and governance operations. You will be proactive in your approach to work, an enthusiastic team player with the ability to prioritise different and often competing demands.
To be successful in the role, you will need solid IT skills along with strong verbal, written and numeracy skills. Excellent planning and delivery skills are critical as is the ability to make effective decisions with an eye for detail.
