We have an opportunity for a Risk Management Administrator to provide admin support to the Operational Service Manager (Compliance) relating to Risk Management and Datix reporting system. What we'll need you to bring
SVQ 3 Business Administration Certificate or equivalent Advanced I.T. skills and a highly competent user of all Microsoft Office applications e.g. Word, Excel, Internet Explorer and Outlook Knowledge of the NHSL Lanarkshire Risk Management Policy Data analysis and reporting A good understanding of Datix Modules (both via Citrix Web Based Systems) Experience in presentation of data, reports Experience of maintaining databases to support performance management reporting Knowledge of the importance of data quality Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Experience of working in and with multidisciplinary teams Good organisational skills including prioritising workload and working to tight timescales. Ability to work without direct supervision Evidence up to date PDP Awareness of NHSLs Policies, Practices in Risk Management
