With 14 development centers across 9 countries, we provide innovative solutions and services to Fortune 500 companies to drive their digital transformation journeys. As a Business Intelligence Analyst at Dew Software, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to provide actionable insights and support strategic decision-making.


Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business requirements and goals
  • Design, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions, reports, and dashboards
  • Gather and analyze large data sets from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights
  • Conduct data modeling and create data visualizations to present analysis findings
  • Identify areas for improvement and recommend data-driven strategies to optimize business operations
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security
  • Provide support and training to end-users on using business intelligence tools

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or a similar role
  • Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation
  • Experience with business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik
  • Solid understanding of data modeling and database concepts
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey analysis findings
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
