About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Analyst to join our Enterprise Applications team at With Intelligence.

The Enterprise Applications team is responsible for running our critical internal applications, including our CRM, ERP, and HR platform. As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, analyze data, and provide insights to drive business decisions and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder engagement and analysis.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and insights that inform business decisions.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance business efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business analysis and process improvement.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to gather and document business requirements.
  • Familiarity with BPMN and associated tooling, or equivalent.
  • Experience in data analysis and data visualization.
  • Familiarity with SQL and BI tools.
  • Experience with Salesforce would be helpful.
  • Knowledge of business process improvement techniques.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
